The door to our straightforward and friendly services is open every business day. Come as you are and the coffee is on us as we chat.
Meetings, negotiations and training
We meet customers where it best suits them - also in the evening, if necessary. Our office has good facilities for both individual customers and groups of different sizes. In addition, we organise some of the training designed for the needs of companies in our region.

Arrival and accessibility
We want to make our services as accessible and smooth as possible so that they are truly available to everyone. Please feel free to ask if you have any special needs!
The main entrance for customers to Brain Center is on the Rantakatu side.
The entrance is not easily accessible. We will be happy to meet you at the door to assist you if necessary.
Parking is available in front of the main entrance on the street and in the parking area on the north side of the building (at the hospital side). Parking in the area is free of charge. Heated parking spaces are reserved for employees.
There is no separate disabled parking or space reserved for drop-off traffic. There is an asphalted sidewalk from the parking area to the main entrance.
The office is located on the second floor and is also accessible by elevator. There are handrails on the stairs. The door leading to the office premises is heavy to open.
The lobby and corridors are spacious. There are no separate wheelchair spaces in the customer and meeting rooms, but the premises can be quickly arranged if necessary.
There are two toilets in the entrance hall. In addition, there are two wheelchair-accessible toilets in the separate changing rooms.
We recommend that you book an appointment in advance or at least call the office before visiting. Our advisors are often reserved, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the service you require immediately.
You can make an appointment directly by calling, texting, or emailing the person you wish to meet (contact details), using the online form, or by requesting at the office to contact you.
We can arrange for all client meetings to take place at a location other than our office, depending on your needs and wishes. We are also happy to visit your company's premises. If you wish, we can also meet via an online connection.
If you feel nervous about a meeting, please let us know in advance so that we can work together to find solutions to make the situation easier for you. You are also welcome to bring a support person to the meeting if you feel it would be helpful.
